A consultation fee of £20 will be charged if there is no earwax found but this will be included in the price if earwax is removed.
Preparation for appointment
We kindly ask that customers put olive oil ear drops in your ears twice a day for a minimum of 3 days prior to your appointment to soften the earwax for easier removal.
If we are unable to complete your treatment on your first visit, you will be offered one more visit within 4 weeks of your initial consultation, free of charge.
How Long Will My Appointment Take?
The microsuction process can sometimes take a while to complete. If you are having the procedure undertaken on both ears, it will take up to 30 minutes.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Thank you for choosing our services. Please take a moment to review our cancellation and payment policies:
A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required to secure your appointment. Once an appointment time and date have been agreed upon, a payment link will be sent to you.
If you need to cancel, we are happy to reschedule your appointment for a later date, provided that the cancellation request is made more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Payment is required within 24 hours of receiving the payment link. If payment is not received within this timeframe, we will assume you no longer wish to proceed with the appointment, and your slot will be made available to another customer.
